When you’re not wearing your pieces, we recommend storing your jewellery in the original packaging to keep it from tarnishing.

If you don’t want to hoard all of your boxes, we have launched our Box Initiative ~ where you can bring in your old boxes into our stores, in return for £5 worth of loyalty points.

How to clean your jewellery
To keep your jewellery shining, it's important to show your jewels some love and give them a little clean every now and again. Follow our Jewellery Cleaning tips to make sure your jewellery always looks as good as new!
We recommend cleaning your jewellery very carefully using a soft & non-abrasive cloth to bring back the shine that may have been lost with wear. We don't recommend using any of the harsh chemicals you find in treated jewellery cloths, so stay away from those!
