Check out a breakdown of delivery & returns information for the US & Canada below ~ they’re slightly different for each, so make sure you read the small print (even if it is a tad boring).

USA

Shipping Times - Free shipping over $100

Orders to the USA will be shipped via OCS/USPS. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped. *Please note, OCS/USPS require a signature and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

All orders placed before Christmas will have an extended returns period until the 31st January.

We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. For all other products, we will accept returns up to 28 days for a refund or exchange. Please see below options to see which one is relevant to you.

We do not accept returns on sale products.

If you’re returning because you’ve changed your mind we will ask you to return the jewelry back to us via post. In your order there will be a returns form, which you will need to fill out & send back to us (free of charge) with USPS. Once it arrives back to us, we will be able to process either a refund or an exchange, depending on what you have written on the returns slip.

If some of your items are missing... please email customercare@astridandmiyu.com stating what is missing in your order and we’ll be able to assist.

If you’re returning because the jewelry is faulty... we ask you first to send a picture to our Customer Service Team, who will then be able to assist you further. Please speak to a member of our team before you post the jewelry back to us. You can contact our Customer Service Team by emailing customercare@astridandmiyu.com. 

Canada

All our deliveries to the US are shipped by OCS/USPS, If you would like to track your order please email us at customercare@astridandmiyu.com and we can provide the necessary information for you.

Exchanges & Returns

We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive period. In addition to our standard returns policy, all online and in-store purchases from the 20th November 2022 can be returned for a refund until 31st January 2023.

We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. Please check below for more information.

For all refunds and exchanges, please use our Online Returns Portal.

Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:

Earrings & Huggies (We do accept returns on Ear Cuffs)
Engraved Products
Sample Sale Products
Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be elegible for a refund.

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. Refund will always be processed to the original payment method.

All returns must be the following to be eligible for a return:

Unworn
No signs of wear or damage
In its orginal condition and packaging

Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

To refund or exchange a gift, please use our online returns portal and select the ‘Gift Return’ option. Please note we can only process refunds through the method of payment the item was originally purchased

To exchange the gift, please send us the item in original packaging, including the gift receipt. If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

Custom & Duties

There will be no duties for US orders, so don’t you worry about any hidden costs (we’ve got you covered).

You will be required to pay duties for Canadian orders.

You will be contacted by a third party company to pay your custom fees.
