Custom & Duties

There will be no duties for US or Canadian orders, so don’t you worry about any hidden costs (we’ve got you covered).

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know.

Orders to USA and Canada will be shipped via OCS/Fedex. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped. *Please note, OCS/Fedex require a signature and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

The ‘reduced packaging’ option online has now been removed. Our new boxes are designed to be smaller, cutting down on excess space and helping to reduce carbon emissions in shipments.

We still have some mailer boxes in our old design, so for the next few months we’ll be slowly transitioning into new mailer boxes to avoid any waste.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO Box numbers. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your Astrid & Miyu order.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

All our deliveries to the US are shipped by OCS/USPS, If you would like to track your order please email us at customercare@astridandmiyu.com and we can provide the necessary information for you.

Exchanges & Returns

For all refunds and exchanges, please use our Online Returns Portal.

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at customercare@astridandmiyu.com

We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. Please check below for more information.

For all refunds and exchanges, please use our Online Returns Portal.

Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:

  1. Earrings & Huggies (We do accept returns on Ear Cuffs)
  2. Engraved Products
  3. Advent Calendars
  4. Monogrammed Products
  5. Gift Cards
  6. Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.

If you purchase something within a Gift With Purchase promotion and you wish to return it, you will also need to return the gift you received if it falls below the Gift With Purchase threshold.

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. Refund will always be processed to the original payment method.

If you would like to return an item you originally bought from one of our A&M Stockists or Concessions, please return it directly to them within 28 days of purchase.

All returns must be the following to be eligible for a return:

  1. Unworn
  2. No signs of wear or damage
  3. In its orginal condition and packaging

Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

To refund or exchange a gift, please use our online returns portal and select the ‘Gift Return’ option. Please note we can only process refunds through the method of payment the item was originally purchased

To exchange the gift, please send us the item in original packaging, including the gift receipt. If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
