For returns outside of this period:
We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. We are happy to take back unwanted items (except aftercare solution and personalised products, including engraving and monogramming).
The Advent Calendars can be returned until 1st December 2025.
