    Treating your nearest and dearest to A&M this year? We’re extending our returns period for orders placed from 29th October - 23rd December, so they can return their jewels until 31st January. Gifting has never been so stress free.

    For returns outside of this period:

    We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. We are happy to take back unwanted items (except socks, aftercare solution and personalised products, including engraving and monogramming).

    The Advent Calendars can be returned until 1st December 2025.

      Pretty bracelet

      Order dispatch was very quick, around 2 weeks later. However for over £400 the charms were very small. I overall like the look of it. The wrong size bracelet was sent which thankfully did fit however customer service only gave me loyalty points for their mistake. Really not sure if it was worth £450
