From time to time, Astrid & Miyu will offer promotional codes at points of sale. Astrid & Miyu has the right to further reduce its products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

Please note that the below terms apply:

• Summer Sale. Up to 50% off selected lines in the 'Sale' section of the website. This offer is running from 8am EDT 16th June 2025 till 8am EDT 30th June 2025. Cannot be combined with any other promotions. Loyalty codes can be used in conjunction at the checkout. Loyalty points will be applied to your account after 14 days.
• The discount code cannot be combined with any other discount codes.
• To receive your birthday code, please ensure you are subscribed to our emails.
• This offer can only be redeemed against any order placed on www.astridandmiyu.com.
• The discount code cannot be combined with any other discount codes.
• Some product restrictions may apply.
• This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
• This promotion is only available at www.astridandmiyu.com and is not valid in any Astrid & Miyu stockists.
• Astrid & Miyu reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
• Refunds will take into account the discount.
• If you purchase something within a Gift With Purchase promotion and you wish to return it, you will also need to return the gift you received.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
• Welcome Offer - Welcome discounts are for new customers only and are one time use. They cannot be combined with any other promotion and is not valid in any Astrid & Miyu concessions. It will not be valid on stacking sets, advent calendars, gift sets, in store services or gift cards.
• Loyalty - Rewards are valid online and in-store but cannot be combined with any other promotion. Rewards cannot be redeemed at Selfridges or Fenwick concessions. Rewards are not valid on gift cards. One use per customer. Any Loyalty points earned on additional orders will appear in your account 14 days after purchase. Points are valid for 11 months. Our Loyalty Program points and rewards are only valid in the country your account was created in. For example, if you have an account with us on our US website (us.astridandmiyu.com), you won't be able to use them on our Global website (www.astridandmiyu.com) or EU website (eu.astridandmiyu.com). However, we are able to transfer points earned abroad to your native account. If you shop abroad in one of our stores, please keep your receipt for proof of purchase, and our Customer Care Team will happily transfer your points to your native account.
• Birthday Discounts - Customers must submit their birthday via the loyalty landing page 48hours before to receive their reward via email.
• Club A&M, Silver & Pearl Members - You will receive loyalty points into your account on the day of your birthday. To be notified of this you must be opt into Emails.
  
• Gold & Diamond Members - Your services discount is only available in our stand alone stores. Code is only applicable to in-store services including Piercing, Welding & Tattoos. Offer cannot be redeemed at Harrods, Fenwick, Selfridges. You have one month from the receipt of this email to book your appointment. You must show the store assistant this email upon arrival so that they can redeem your code. One code per customer.
