• Club A&M, Silver & Pearl Members - You will receive loyalty points into your account on the day of your birthday. To be notified of this you must be opt into Emails.
• Gold Members - You free gift is only available in our stand alone stores. Offer cannot be redeemed at Harrods, Fenwick, Selfridges & Bicester consessions. Free gift cannot be posted. You have one month from the receipt of this email to redeem your in store gift. You must provide valid ID on the day to confirm your birth month and show the store assistant this email. Our selection of free gifts will be presented in store and are limited to stock availability. Due to systems we use, one point will be deducted as part of the transaction.
• Diamond Members - Your free service is only available in our stand alone stores. Code is only applicable to in-store services including Piercing, Welding & Tattoos. Offer cannot be redeemed at Harrods, Fenwick, Selfridges. You have one month from the receipt of this email to book your appointment. You must show the store assistant this email upon arrival so that they can redeem your code. One code per customer.
